To keep things as light as possible, I varied from the traditional .032" thick aluminum on all the floors. I substituted .020" aluminum under the rear seat and in the baggage compartment. I also used .025 near the rudder pedals.  Anywhere I will have to step and apply weight, I used .032".

Note that all floors over lap the bottom longerons for added strength.
